Share office supplies and equipment
Perhaps your workers only print or make copies a few times per day? Depending on how often certain office items are being used, there may be no need to supply each desk with their own personal printer, calculator, computer or even things like staplers. Set up a printing zone where employees can all print to the same centralized machine. That location could also be stocked with things like tape dispensers, hole punchers, paper cutters or any other office supplies that are not used frequently.
