Want to keep track of the service dates of your heater and air conditioner? You can use this free printable HVAC service date sheet to record the last time you had your system serviced and replaced the filter. Having a heating and air condition serviced is important for home resale value and upkeep on the system. If you have a HVAC service contract in place with a local company, you also want to make sure they are performing their regularly scheduled service visits in the spring and fall.
